A Small Firm, by Design

We are a small firm by design. Our attorneys try cases — felony jury trials, contested probate hearings, and civil disputes — rather than simply processing them. At the same time, we know that the courtroom is not always the right place to resolve a problem. A former Assistant Public Defender, Joseph Whitener has handled thousands of criminal cases and tried more than two dozen to a jury, earning not-guilty verdicts in cases involving murder, rape, assault, armed criminal action, robbery, and DWI.
